How quickly do you process and ship orders?
Once an order has been received, we aim to dispatch within 1 business day.
Can I track my order?
Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking number – please note this may take 24 hours to update.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are shipped 1st class Royal Mail.

How do I return an item?
Should you wish to return an item you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt of the items to support@hedapparel.com for return details. Items must be returned within 14 days.
HED Apparel does not offer pre-paid returns at this time and so the customer is responsible for the return until it is received by us. Please make sure you use a recognised and efficient courier that is tracked and that your item is insured for its value.
HED Apparel holds no responsibility for the returned item until it has been received, and should it get lost you will need to claim compensation directly from the courier.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after inspection but may take up to 5 working days – the money may take up to a further 5 days to appear in your account.
HED Apparel reserves the right to refuse refund should your item not be returned in the same condition and packaging it was sold.
