Placing an order
Please make sure you enter your correct full delivery address including postcode. We cannot be held responsible for errors in delivery if the wrong address has been input.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email – please also check your junk mailbox.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email, this means that your order did not go through. If the payment in your account is showing as pending this means that our system attempted to charge your card but was not successful, and we have not received any payment. This could be for several reasons, but most commonly will be because some of the data entered did not match that which the bank holds for you. In most cases the money appears back in your account within a few hours, but please allow 48 hours before contacting us as we do not have any control over this.
